The mission of Help Our Friends is to guide struggling small businesses back to profitability and success, eliminating the need for them to rely on long-term outside support to provide for their families. Through a comprehensive approach, Help Our Friends offers tailored support that addresses the unique challenges these business owners face.

The success of Help Our Friends is measured by the revitalization of small businesses and their return to profitability.
HOF offers personalized solutions, addressing the unique challenges of each small business owner's situation.
Support extends beyond the business realm, aiming to stabilize the personal income of the small business owner and ensure self-sufficiency.
As part of the support offered by HOF, business owners who take advantage of our business coaching and forensic accounting programs, can be eligible for short-term personal financial assistance to alleviate the immediate pressure, and allow them to focus on getting back on their feet with clarity.
HOF services include:

* Tzorchei Yom Tov program
* Business Education & Networking Events
Currently, HOF, Under the guidance of Rabbi Shloime Stein Shlita , Rav of Sterling Forest Ashkenaz assists established small business owners who approach the organization with a reference from a Rabbi who can vouch for their genuine need.
At present, HOF operates primarily in the greater Lakewood, NJ area. As capacity grows, the hope is to expand the coverage area.
HOF relies on grassroots fundraising efforts and the support of friends, family, and the business networks of the organization's founders and volunteers.
While still in the early stages of development, HOF has already made a positive impact by assisting scores of small business owners in covering Yom Tov expenses , as well as already assisting some small businesses with coaching as well as with forensic accounting to determine ways the business can maximize its budgeting and revenue in a responsible way.
Help Our Friends periodically hosts business resources events to help business owners stay on the proper path of growth and success.
These events are very well attended and enjoyed by many business owners and their employees.
Besides being an incredible networking opportunity, it's a way for small business owners to get to know one another, and also see first-hand how fellow business owners handle challenges in their work-life as well as their personal lives.
When HOF holds fundraisers to help business owners, the attendees of these events are often the ones who volunteer to get involved to make the campaigns successful, as they know they are helping people just like themselves - people who would do the same for them! After all, if friends aren't there for each other, who will be?!
HOF is under the direct guidance of Rabbi Shloime Stein, Rav of Sterling Forest Ashkenaz. all our operations, and criteria of the organization, is determined by his rabbinical guidance.
